show "SKIPPED" break points in LPEX/Debugger editor like the break-point view

display "SKIPPED" break points in the editor like eclipse. Show a slash through the "SKIPPED" break-point icon if it is "SKIPPED". Do this in both LPEX/Debugger editor. Just like eclipse for Java shows "SKIPPED" break points.

Use Case:

Has caused issues in missing set up of debugging. Because editor do NOT show "SKIPPED" break points like Eclipse & java. Would make a better User Interface.

Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.
