in ACS RunSQLScripts changes for "saving new example"

when I open a new tab, " Untitled 1" and then I save some fancy SQL as a new example, the save window inserts the appropriate comment lines.  Those comment lines do not remain in the SQL code in the newly opened tab, that the tab remains "Untitled 1".   If make changes to that SQL in the "Untitled 1" tab and want to resave the example, I have to remember the name details from the first example name, yuck.

i see a couple of options:

1.   Have a check box so that during 'save new example' that check box allows for "open to new tab", where the new tab name changes to the example name and the new comment lines are kept.

B.   During the save of a new example, keep the new comment lines and rename the tab to reflect the new example name.

Both would allow for easier example creation.
