Add MONMSG to control codes when filtering view by control; improve [Shft]-Ctrl-M behavior

In the editor view there is an option to filter the view by code, date, etc. And by control, so that the structural flow can be seen better.

In CL code, the MONMSG command can have a DO on its EXEC parameter. This, however, does not appear in the filtered view for controls. The corresponding ENDDO, however, DOES appear. So you can't see this important detail.

As to [Shft]-Ctrl-M behavior - you have to put your cursor directly on the DO (in a CMD or EXEC parameter) or ENDDO in order to find the matching element at the other end of the block. Other languages are more forgiving - you can just be on the line where the END* code sits.

Also, it's counterintuitive to have to put the cursor on the DO in a CMD/EXEC parameter - I think I should be able put it on the very line where the IF or FOR or other control is located.

Use Case:

System: Development activity in CL
Actor: Developer
Scenario: In a development session, one often needs to find the other end of an IF block. This is especially the case when the start and end are many lines apart in the source code.

See attached file for a short example.
