RPGLE Formatter: Let procedure body begin in column 8.

When editing "column-limited free form" RPGLE source (where all code begins in column 8), allow the RPGLE formatter to place the content of the procedure beginning in column 8 rather than indented one indent level. I consider the content of the procedure to be everything after the end-pi and before the end-proc. The whole point of free-form, even the column-limited kind, is to have MORE horizontal space, not less. A simple option on the formatter preferences would suffice.

Use Case:

Starting with a fixed-format P-spec and D-spec interface with free-form code inside it (with the /free and /end-free), the formatter likes to begin code at column 8. Convert to free form dcl-proc and dcl-pi sort of interface. The formatter now likes to start the code at one indent level to the right, except those lines that are now too long are left unaltered.

This RFE has been re-evaluated.  Due to the relatively low number of votes, this RFE is now being declined.

Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.
