exit point QIBM_QZDA_INIT exit program should have the remote IP address to be passed to the exit program

I had ticket TS021932458 open because I am writing code for this exit point to log and block connections to the database. In order to get the ip address of the remote client you have to call qusrjobi api which as I discovered can return incorrect information in a specific edge case.

"Our host server and work management teams have weighed in on this and determined it is working within the current design:

The IP address returned from QUSRJOBI is working as it was designed. It is set when socket connections are made but not unset when they are no longer used.

If the client cannot determine from the existing parameters passed to the QIBM_QZDA_INIT exit program whether a remote address is expected, they can submit a request for the IP address to be passed to the exit program. They could also look at the new MFA exit program Additional Authentication Exit Program which has both local and remote addresses passed to it."
