Thank you for submitting your Idea to enhance IBM i Access Client Solutions (ACS).
The feature requested already exists.
Result column headings can be adjusted on the Results tab under Edit->Preferences.
Column headings
Specifies which attribute(s) to display as column headings in results. Note that column label is only available when the JDBC extended metadata option is enabled. Otherwise, the column name is used.
Name
Label
Name and Label - The column name plus the column label if it differs from the name.
Label and Name - The column label plus the column name if it differs from the label.

Hmmm.... I see on the latest version of ACS it does stack them! Awesome. Thanks for letting me know Christian!
The description of ACS Run SQL Script behavior is not correct: ACS already stacks the labels in the result set heading.
See the documentation for the LABEL SQL statement, especially the notes explaining how the system slices the label into 20 byte character headings and show them above each other.
You find the column definition in the QSYS2.SYSCOLUMNS view, including the defined labels and comment. Maybe the LABEL and COMMENT is mixed up in your case?
