Counterpart to *NOQTEMP in QAUDCTL system value for IFS directories

In system value QAUDCTL we are able to specify *NOQTEMP to avoid audit journal recording activities in QTEMP libraries of users. This reduces significant audit log entries for activities in temporary library.

What's missing is the same for a defined temporary ifs directory. We see at many systems huge activities in /temp or /tmp directory. This are temporary create and delete objects. Along with this come not only CO/DO audit journal entries, others like CA, LD, AD entries are generated. Since this are all temporary activities, we need to exclude a defined ifs directory.

This may be done by specified directory from IBM: /temp, or /tmp, or /notemp in case QAUDCTL value *NOQTEMP is set, or the QAUDCTL value list can be enhanced by *NOIFSxxxx where xxxx = name of directory.
