Add the ability to process bundled certificate files in DCM

When you receive a Certificate file from a CA that has bundled Intermediate certificates in a single file you have to manually extract each certificate and install them in order to ensure the related certificates are available for verification. These certificate files (pem) are built with the intermediate certificates first then the domain certificate last. These files are processed without any issues on other platforms but the IBM i (DCM) import process does not recognize the file as a package and process accordingly.

    This is impacted by the lack of private key access, when a CSR is raised using the DCM process IBM creates the key pair but stores the private key out of reach. So when you install the certificates the private key is already there. However for the full certificate bundle to be processed it would need to be packaged as a PKCS12V3 (.p12) package with the private key and the intermediate certificates in the same file. Problem is that IBM does not provide any method to retrieve the private key from where ever it is stored. The work around is to do everything outside of DCM, then when you get the cert bundles package the cert, intermediate certs and private key into a *PKCS12V3 bundle which can be uploaded to DCM and installed. This process cuts out DCM entirely except for certificate storage and application mapping.
