Can we please have a DEFECTIVE_PTF_CURRENCY_LOCAL

In the latest TR updates of IBM i 7.5 TR2 and 7.6 TR 2 the SYSTOOLS.GROUP_PTF_CURRENCY_LOCAL was announced.
As we all know keeping current with PTFs is very important.
With that in mind it must also be important to be aware of defective PTF's.
For that reason I am asking for a similar SQL service to be able to check for defective PTFs without having your LPAR connected to the internet.
As keeping current with PTFs and PTF groups, also means keeping an eye on defective PTFs and take immediate action in case you have them applied.

    The CAAC has reviewed this IBM Idea and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority Idea that should be addressed.
