Add warning message when displaying Resource Dependencies in Advanced Job Scheduler this function will cause the scheduler of go into LCKW

We had an occasion whereby the scheduler 'paused' for a few minutes. It seems that whilst I was displaying the Resource Dependencies in an Advanced Job Scheduler job, it caused the QIJSSCD to go into LCKW, basically stopping the scheduler.

Perhaps as minimum there should be a warning message or the function be re-engineered so it doesn't cause the whole scheduler to stop.
