Re-introduce the "No Conversion" file type option in ACS Data Transfer (Feature parity with IBM i Access for Windows).

Business Need: Our accounting department relies on generating fixed-width text files for banking transactions (e.g.,tax transfers). These bank files have strict formatting requirements: they must maintain fixed lengths, contain absolutely no delimiters (like commas or tabs), and undergo no unexpected CCSID translation.

Current Issue: In the legacy "IBM i Access for Windows", we successfully used the "No Conversion" file type option in the Data Transfer tool (running .TTO files) to meet these exact banking requirements. However, we recently discovered that this "No Conversion" option has been removed in the new IBM i Access Client Solutions (ACS).

Impact: The lack of this feature breaks our existing legacy data transfer routines. While IBM Support suggested workarounds such as using FTP Binary Mode or manually copying via IFS, these alternatives either require additional IT intervention or significantly complicate the established daily workflow for our non-technical end-users (accountants).

Request: We request that IBM re-introduce the "No Conversion" file type option in the ACS Data Transfer tool. This will restore feature parity with the older client, ensure backward compatibility for legacy .TTO file setups, and allow end-users to seamlessly generate standard fixed-width text files without relying on complex workarounds.
