Function similar to FLRTVC for AIX in IBM i

I am aware of the new CVE SQL function but I think it can be improved.
In AIX we use the FLRTVC script after each FP upgrade to make sure we have the latest HIPER & Security fixes. It gives us good information as it links to the advisory page, a link to the fix itself so we easily can download it.
This function should be implemented in IBM i CVE SQL function as well.

Whar we still are missing in AIX and what also should be considered for IBM i is an automated way to check the signature of the fix so that we can make sure that what we have downloaded is what we intended to download, this is still a manual and cumbersome process.
