Provide code completion on ExtName DS

Code completion works fine in RDI for regular datastructures, however it doesn't work for datastructure define externally, for example;

Dcl-DS MYFILE ExtName('MYFILE') Qualified Alias;
End-Ds;

Typing MYFILE. followed by Ctrl-Space doesn't give me the fields to select from which is very annoying.


Use Case:

    Thank you for taking the time to explain your issue with our product. This issue would be more easily resolved by opening a Problem Management Record (PMR), since it appears to be a defect or change in behavior in the product from previous releases.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:

    Product family - Programming Languages
    Product - Developer for Power Systems
    Component - RPG/COBOL Development Tools
    Operating system - IBM i
    Source - None

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

    I voted for this but kind of think that this may be a bug and not a feature. Shouldn't it just work anyway?
    Also there are many other cases where code completion doesn't work. It would be nice if all such cases could be addressed not just this one.
