Enable iProject to have an associated JOBD.

I have a number of ongoing iProjects and generally each projects requires it's own attributes when submitting for compilation or when executing.

It would be greatly beneficial if I could specify an IBMi jobd where RDi could get attributes from before compiling or executing.

Use Case:

On i Project Properties page allow user to specify a jobd name and library or use default of *UsrPrf (where as per current situation) attributes will be taken off the connection user.

Users may identify a library list for an RSE connection, and may create additional RSE connections for the same host using different library lists. We feel this approach should be sufficient to handle iProjects. We will not be associating JOBD for iProjects. In the latest driver, users may also use the Library List view to maintain the library list.
