RDI: Outline does not show parameter usage for call statement

When defining variables for parameters for a call statement in the parm statement they are specified as unreferenced. I have attached 2 files describing the situation.
One shows the program snippet and the second shows the outline.
In all cases the parameter fields should be marked as modified because you don't know what the called program does to it.
But it should also show that values are moved into the fields as shown in the example for MYPGM1. In the same way should it show that it is referred if a target field was specified in factor 1.

Use Case:

See attached examples.

Outline for MYPGM1 should show that the parameters parm1_1 and parm1_2 are defined and modified in lines 42819 and 42820 and referred to if a target field was specified in factor 1.

Outline for MYPGM2 should show that the parameters parm2_1 and parm2_2 are defined and modified in lines 42824 and 42825

Outline for MYPGM3 should show that the parameters parm3_1 and parm3_2 are defined and modified in lines 42831 and 42832.
The outline shows correct that parm3_1 and parm3_2 are modified in line 42828 and 42829

Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.
