Provide "Refactor" and "Hide unreferenced definitions" without Live Outline

Currently, when editing RPG programs, the "Refactor" and "Hide unreferenced definitions" capabilities are available only when the "Live Outline" Preference is set on ("Update the Outline view when text is changed in the editor").
It would be nice if these functions would be available when Live Outline is not selected, with results refreshed when the outline is (manually) refreshed.


Use Case:

With the Preferences > Remote Systems > Remote Systems LPEX Editor > IBM i Parsers > ILE RPG "Update the Outline view when text is changed in the editor" unchecked, view the list of fields in a source member. All fields, including unreferenced fields, appear in the list. This is cumbersome.

    Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.

    It might even be nice to have a button to enable and disable live update in the outline.
    It could be placed next to the button for "Sort by name".
