Screen Designer Indicator *On/*Off

There appears to be a lack of functionality to show/hide items on the screen based on whether an indicator is *on or *off. It currently just overlaps the displays.

Use Case:

This is a feature used in SDA via the F6 key. It's a well missed feature.

The effects of indicators are shown on the Preview tab rather than the Design tab. On preview tab, you can create named indicator sets above the design area in the "Preview page screen controls" in the "Indicators" tabe. For example create one set that would show the field or constant and another set that would hide them. Then on the "Values" tab the appropriate indicators set in the combo box, and the preview show show the effect of writing that set of records with those indicators and field values.
