Add keep alive for Service Entry Point port

Add a keep alive to the service entry point preferences so that 3825 is not timed out.


Use Case:

In this scenario, the IBM i has keep alive for ports 8475 and 8476. The debug job seems to be staying alive with the login keep alive action, but the service entry job on port 3825 does not.
3825 is being timed out by an incorrectly configured firewall or router at a 15 minute interval.
Adding a keep alive to the SEP debug would prevent the timeout from occurring.

    Yes. Please fix this. It drives me crazy having to end RDi and restart each time I run a debug. Or, it looks like it's working and fails to stop on a break point.

    The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a MEDIUM priority requirement that should be addressed.

    Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
