This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Power Systems products, including IBM i. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

IBM Power Systems Development - RDi team
We have added a Zoom menu/sub menu to the popup menu. To see the new menu option, you can right-click the source or shift+F10 to see the menu, select Zoom and see the menu options for Zoom in, Zoom out, and a newly added Zoom Reset (ctrl-r).
Users can now quickly reset the zoom back to the original size.
We allow incremental size increase/decrease, not Percentages. We are unable to add the controls to either location requested. We would like to consider this IDEA delivered.
(The Fortra Development Team)
Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.
This is a good request. Bearing in mind the Zoom (Ctrl++/+-) function only works on the current member (and is reset when the member is closed and reopened), I would suggest the %age indicator for the font size be placed in the RDi window border at the very bottom, next to the Browse/Edit, Insert/Replace and cursor position indicators.
I would also suggest a further enhancement. In the right-click Context Menu for the member there is a VIEW item. In the submenu for this, add a further item:
VIEW > ZOOM > ZOOM IN (CTRL + +) and ZOOM OUT (CTRL + -) and ACTUAL SIZE (CTRL + ALT + F5)
The lack of a "reset" can make the Zoom awkward to use. Some guesswork is needed to return to the original font size, particularly after an extended period of working at the larger/smaller font size. (The only other option is to close/reopen.)
