Locking source in IFS when opening with LPEX editor

When opening a source in the LPEX editor, which is located in the NFS in a source file, the member will be locked. When opening a source in the LPEX editor, which is located in the IFS in a stream file, the stream file will NOT be locked. The stream file should be locked as well.

Use Case:

Opening a stream file in the IFS.

    Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.

    And according to the discussion in WDSCI, RDi will warn the users when saving the file if it has been changed outside the editor and offer to save a backup.
