RELATED IDEAS

Allow prefix area command F* for DDS

You can put F* in LPEX editor for RPG source. Please allow this for DDS and other types.


Use Case:

When i edit DDS source, there are times when i want to search for data in a specific column but i do not remember the column positional number. I have to insert a comment choose the F command then i can identify the column numerical position i want limit the search to.

    This feature was delivered in version 9.6.

    We have reviewed this requirement and we feel it would be a beneficial enhancement to the product. We hope to be able to add it to our development plans in the future.
