Enhance Data Tools code to handle naming convention system.

Using Rational Developer for Powevr 8.0.3, make a Connection to DB2 for iOS V5R3

using the naming system convention, like in this example:

jdbc:hostname;prompt=false;naming=system;

The connection works.

When expanding the packages in the Enteprise explorer though, no packages are shown and the

    This RFE has been re-evaluated.  Due to the relatively low number of votes, this RFE is now being declined.
    You can try to use Run SQL Scripts in ACS.
