Refactoring History is missing on consecutive opening of the existing i Project properties view

In RDPi under i Project perspective the Refactoring History displaying when first time opened but missing from consecutive display of properties.

When first time start the RDPi (RBD & RDPi Version 8.x) is first time launched (started) then selecting an IBM i Project from i Project perspective on right click of the mouse and then selecting Properties displayed the Refactoring History, but once it selected then on consecutive display of i Project Properties does not display the Refactoring History. If I close the RDPi application and then restart it will display again.

For your information RTC client (Ver 3.x) eclipse is also installed.

Use Case:

Start RDPi application
Go to i Project Perspective
Select an existing i Project
Right click of the mouse and select Properties option, which will open the Properties View in a new window
Select (click mouse) Refactoring History, which will display the Refactoring History Details
Press Ok to close the view
Now again select the existing i Project, right click the mouse then select properties and the Refactoring History option is missing
