Comment/Uncomment

I'd like the ability to comment and uncomment code with a button and a command key sequence. Most ide's allow you to select a block of code and click on something to comment it out.


Use Case:

When developing and testing, many times various lines of code are inserted and removed. At times there are many lines that need to be changed or commented out. Currently I have to type in the comment character on each line.
