Default .sqlxeditor_project does not appear in the Navigator view under Data Perspective

In RDPi (V8.x.x) from Data Perspective in the Navigator view the default .sqlxeditor_project does not appears in the first time. Once you open a SQL Script then only it will bring the .sqlxeditor_project. Now if I have saved my existing SQL Script under this project to get and open that project I have to open an empty SQL Script first.

Use Case:

1. In RDPi go to Data Perspective
Connect to an existing iOS profile

2. Go to the Navigator view and First time you will find the default .sqlxeditor_project folder does not appears

3. Now open a new SQL Script and the .sqlxeditor_project folder appears in the Navigator view
