Outline view: remove duplicate line line number references

When an RPGLE definition is referenced multiple times on the same line, the Outline view will repeat that line number as many times.
For instance, it line 125 is:
y= (x + 10) / x;
The references for zone X will show 125 twice.
x
125
125

This is especially problematic definitions that are referenced in /copy as the line number shown is that of the /copy. A template definition could be referenced tens or even a hundred times in the copy member.
For instance, many APIs have an error parameter that has a certain structure for which I have defined a template that is referenced in numerous API prototypes that are in copy members.
In some applications, we use templates much as reference files. Some basic entities of the application are used in many structures defined in /copy.
This generates multiple duplicate line numbers that make the outline less useful as we keep needing to scroll to navigate through the usage info.
As the line number in the Outline, is basically a link to go to that line, only one is necessary.

In removing the duplicate line numbers, the (M) indicator, should be present if one of those references has the (M).

Use Case:

Multiple references to a definition are made on the same line.
The Outline view shows that line number only once, leaving space for other information.

    This feature was delivered in version 9.6. We show line and pos, so as you select each of the line numbers, we show you the offset position also.

    We have reviewed this requirement and we feel it would be a beneficial enhancement to the product. We hope to be able to add it to our development plans in the future.
