Using the ACS 5250 emulator and editing a source member, performed a selection with the cursor keys then pressed Ctrl+X to cut then repositioned cursor to perform Ctrl+V to paste. A blank line within the copy block caused everything after the blank line to be dropped from the paste. Was able to complete successfully only when performing a copy/paste that excluded the blank line (one above the blank then another copy/paste below the blank).
Performing a copy/paste block within a source member that had indented formatting (an If/Then/Else structure with the internal statements indented) on paste, all statements were left-justified and required manual adjustment to reformat.
Requesting paste function either provides option to control reformatting or retains literal formatting from Copy/Cut function.
NOTE: This source member was previously maintained using Rational Developer for I which may have been a factor in adding non-display formatting characters.
1. Open existing source member containing multiple lines.
2. Select block of text.
3. Use Cut function to remove text.
4. Reposition cursor.
5. Use Paste function.
6. All original text should appear at new location with same formatting.

Currently using the latest ACS version as shown below from Help About dialog and still able to produce both issues at will. Eliminated RDi as possible cause of indented formatting error on Paste:
