Enable Ctrl (and other) keys to repeat

This is for ACS - Accessw Client Solutions.

I would like to be able to have the Ctrl key be a repeatable key. Its' location is similar to the NewLine key from the 5250 terminal family and is commonly mapped to perform that function.


Use Case:

Keyboard mapping allows repeatable keys but excludes Ctrl and others. This modification would provide more flexibility for the users.
