Make PTF listing available in XML output

I was looking at all the great "IBM i Services" and I thought of a new one:
List the PTF's available at IBM which are not on my system.
However I thought of doing it on my own. First I looked at
http://www-912.ibm.com/a_dir/as4ptf.nsf/WWWPTFBYDATE?ReadViewEntries&PreFormat&ExpandView&count=3000
The problem I have with this list is that it does not list the program product associated with the PTF. Perhaps if I had access to the style sheet and what not but why not just put the information in here?
What I need is:
- LPP or Licensed Program Product (or base OS or lic or ...)
- Version of LPP
- PTF number
- Brief description of PTF.
Once I have this then are are plenty of codes in DB2 and RPG for processing XML.

Use Case:

List the PTF's available at IBM which are not on my system.

IBM does not intend to provide a solution to this request at this time, so it is being closed.

While we agree with the request, we do not currently plan to implement it. Our platform strategy is for clients to manage IBM i by PTF Groups, not individual PTFs.

IBM has received the requirement and is evaluating it. IBM will provide a response after evaluation is complete.

    Product - IBM i
    Component - DB2 for i

    Product - IBM i
    Component - PTF, Service
    Operating system - IBM i
    Source - None
