Request for Data Transfer Request Files's endcoding of IBM i Access Client Solutions(ACS)

Background
Because of customer's security management reason,we are providing an arrangement that logs data transfer information by referring to Data Transfer Request Files.
・Information logged are IP adress or system name, library and table name. That is destination to where the data was uploaded.
・Referring to "dtt" file about IBM i Access for Windows, referring to "dttx" file about ACS.

Between IBM i Access for Windows's "dtt" file("Shift_JIS" or "unicode(LE)" encoding in Japanese environment)
and ACS's "dttx" file("unicode BE" encoding in Japanese environment) ,the encoding is different.
We can retrieve the information from "dtt" file, but can't from "dttx" file.

Cause
For "unicode BE" file(ACS's "dttx" file),DOS FIND command does not work correctly.
With this issue, customer's environment can not be migrate from IBM i Access for Windows to ACS.

Request
Support "Shift_JIS" or "unicode(LE)" endcoding to Data Transfer Request Files("dttx" file) of ACS.

Use Case:

If customer migrate environment from IBM i Access for Windows to ACS,
we can provide an arrangement that logs data transfer information for security management.

    Question.1
    I tested January 2017 - Version 1.1.6.2.
I forcibly change the character code of dtfx file to UTF-8 using save as of Windows's notepad.exe, but I can not execute it with an error.
The cause is presumed to be a file with byte order mark (BOM).
Windows Notepad can not remove UTF - 8 BOM,
Is UTF-8's transfer request file support specification that assumes UTF-8 file without BOM?

    Question.2
Can you provide a means of specifying character codes when saving Data Transfer Request File (.dttx &. Dtfx file) ?

    This means that ,
ACS will be supporting the UTF8 format of dttx and dtfx file?
    if so ,acceptable.

We understand the issue. The UTF8 format is compatible with the DOS FIND command. Would that format be acceptable?
