Debug view obscures edit view when in full-screen

When in debug, double clicking the editor tab maximises the source code view. This completely fills the screen; no other views are visible. When stepping through the program, the debug view re-appears and obscures the top part of the source code. This did not happen in WDSC 7.0.0.8 and is quite annoying.

The work-around is to size the various views so that the debug view doesn't actually obscure the source when it pops up, but this is not nearly as pleasant an experience as being able to temporarily 'dismiss' all the views with a simple double-click.

Use Case:

1) Start a debug session
2) Double click the source view's tab to maximise the source view.
3) Step into the code and the debug view pops up, obscuring the top of the source code.
