DB2 Service for PTF currency at LICPGM level

Today we have GROUP_PTF_CURRENCY** for PTF groups and it would be equally beneficial to have one for license programs that aren't part of a group.

    Sorry for my delayed response.

    The proposed resolution only works for Group PTFs. I am interested in individual PTFs for a particular licensed program (i.e. 5733OPS).
