Prevent the action of copying in ACS products when nothing is selected

If you press CTRL+C in any of the ACS products without a selection being active you get difference values from the difference features but you always end up copying something.

I don't know who's bright idea this was but please stop it and remove this feature. I have never seem a product that performed the copy of an products entire "whatever" when nothing was selected. Seems to be outside the box of ideal functionality with copy.

Use Case:

5250, Any screen, NO SELECTIONS, press CTRL+C, paste into something else like a notepad product and you get the entire screen.

Run SQL Scripts, blank/empty session, press CTRL+C then paste into the tool and you see what I can guess is the menu format. Nothing of value for users of this tool.

For 5250 display, the default behavior for copy when nothing is selected is to copy the entire screen because users found it annoying having to select the entire screen. This behavior was brought forward from the previous product. To disable this default behavior, you can:
    Select the "Cut/Copy" tab
Check the option to "Cut/Copy only if a trim-rectangle is marked"

When doing a copy (with nothing selected) followed by a paste into a blank "Run SQL Scripts" panel, a paste of whatever was last successfully added to the cut buffer will be what gets pasted.
