For RPG modify DSPLY operation code to use ILE Session Manager

Modifiy RPG operation code DSPLY to use the ILE Session Manager instead of the rather limitated program message screen. This screen allows to show only 57 bytes or so of text.
It should be the same as in REXX or C. There is also possible to print the output.

Use Case:

Show text of DSPLY op code in ILE Sessione Manager and from there send it to printer.

    IBM does not intend to provide a solution to this request at this time, so it is being closed.

    This request is low priority since it has been open for a long time and it still has a low number of votes.

    The ILE RPG team has quite a long list of higher priority requirements, so this request is not likely to be implemented anytime soon.

    IBM has received the requirement and is evaluating it. IBM will provide a response after evaluation is complete.

    To achieve this for the output aspect of DSPLY, the printf() API can be used.

    printf ('File ' + %trim(filename) + ' could not be opened.' + NEWLINE);

    It might be useful to write your own wrapper for this, to avoid having to remember to add the NEWLINE.

    dcl-pr print;
    theString pointer value options(*string);
    addNewline ind const options(*nopass); // default to TRUE

    print ('File ' + %trim(filename) + ' could not be opened.);

    dcl-proc print export;
    dcl-pi *n;
    theString pointer value options(*string);
    addNewline ind const options(*nopass); // default to TRUE

    dcl-c NEWLINE x'15';
    dcl-pr printf extproc('printf');
    string pointer value options(*string);
    rep1 pointer value options(*string : *nopass); // needs at least one *NOPASS parm

    printf (string);
    if addNewline;
    printf (NEWLINE);
