Access Client Solutions Printer Output Security

Access Client Solutions
The option to view the printer output was added (which is a great addition) but the user has the ability to filter and view other users output. This may have information that shouldn't be seen by others.


Use Case:

I would like to have the option within the install script to grey out the filter during the install to be able to decide if the specified user needs to be able to see other printer outputs.

As it stands, I'm not going to be able to roll the Printer Output option out to the users at all.

    The best way to make sure users do not have access to Printer Output of others is to control that on the IBM i side. Even though ACS users may be able to see that Printer Output exists for others, they should not be able to view the contents if the authorities on the IBM i have been restricted. However, we understand your request and will give it further consideration.
