Support derived keys on field procs

System: Customer Service Maintenance

Actor: User needing a previously available feature.

Description: Hiper group PTF SI39169, released on 04/21/2010, added a constraint that restricted the creation of logical files with derived keys (functions such as CONCAT, SST, TRNTBL). The scope encompasses originating fields that utilize field procedures for data encryption. Trying to create logical files with TRNTBL-derived fields that are also defined as the key (or part of the key) results in a CPD32D7 RC13 error.
