Notification for Work load capping events

after an upgrade to a new serial number system, WLC information is "deleted"


Use Case:

thru the PMR I was able to get documentation to cover what happens when a server is upgraded to a different serial number server.
The only notification that WLC was not in effect was in the joblog for the affected subsystem.
This is insufficient.
The messages need to be also sent to the history log and more importantly the system operator message queue.
I would also like to see the WLC information saved similar to the system values, etc. in RTVSYSINF

    We are now into our next upgrade cycle and still no movement on this idea.

    since we HAVE TO run the ILMT software to capture installed software it would be very important to capture when a WLC group gets stealthy deleted.

    This RFE has not yet made it into plan, but we still agree it would be a good change to make.
