Same name for RPG built-in Functions and SQL functions.

I don't understand why some functions present in RPG and SQL have different name. For example, %TRIMR and RTRIM, %TRIML and LTRIM, %SUBST and SUBSTR. Please, create an RPG alias equal to SQL name.

Use Case:

Every time I use thats built-in functions, I write SQL format and I don't understand why LPEX sends me an error.

IBM does not intend to provide a solution to this request at this time, so it is being closed.
