Financial Report Painter

Please include the IBI Financial Report Painter in Web Query. It has so much more flexibility than InfoAssist and the ability to build proper financials would be greatly appreciated.


Use Case:

Subtotals for profit or loss require expense amounts to be negative to add to income amounts.

    Ok, this is my third try at providing "more information" on this page. IBI's version of Web Focus includes a Financial Report Painter, which allows the user to create proper financial documents. If I understood correctly, IBM's version used to have this, but you took it out in favor of InfoAssist. The Financial Report Painter is a large reason to move from Tableau to Web Query; without it, we may end up back with Tableau.
