Allow views to be reversed engineered with long name

When a view is created in the IBMi, the dependent table's long names are converted to short table names. The API to reverse engineer (QSQGNDDL) returns the view's SQL with the dependent tables with short names. Please add a parameter to the reverse engineer (QSQGNDDL) API to allow the short table names to be converted to long table names.


Use Case:

DB2i is not well supported in Infosphere Data Architect. One area of that could be improved is with reverse engineering views. IDA does not support view's with short table names. This forces manual updates of each view's SQL to change the short names to long names.

    IBM believes that the request described has been solved and is available with IBM i 7.5, and with DB PTF Groups IBM i 7.4 SF99704 Level 20 and IBM i 7.3 SF99703 Level 28.

    Tables referenced in a CREATE VIEW SQL statement will now be generated using their long name when one is available.
