Allow write on Remote Image Catalog

Actually we can share Optical Image Catalog using NFS from one IBM i or even any other server (with restrictions) to an IBM i LPAR, but with read-only attributes.
It would be a great idea to share this library in Read-Write mode

Use Case:

With this feature we could backup to a central IBM i or even *nix system (Linux) , also enabling an easy scripting to the cloud, let's say Softlayer object storage or Amazon Glacier, with no SAVF.
Even allowing Full System Saves (ok, option 23).

We agree with this request. Currently some of the request is already there...network backup to a virtual optical device on another IBM I. There are some limitations. I could not attach the pdf as it was > 5MB....so I'll send it to your in an email.
