Access Client Solutions - Allow Variables in Print Screen Header / Footer

Allow variables &host, &user, &usern, etc. for printing in the Header / Footer of a print screen, similar to the way they are available in Watermark setup.

Use Case:

We have many users that perform software testing, and as a part of their testing, results are compared between test partitions and live partitions. These results are typically documented with print screens. With multiple users sending print screens to the same printer, it is sometimes difficult to determine which user did the print screen and which partition the data came from. If we could set up the print screen header or footer to show the user id and the host name, we'd be able to easily identify whose print screen is whose.
