Add conversion to/from RPG Date/Time/Timestamp and Axis types in WebService client (wsdl2rpg.sh)

Wsdl2rpg.sh generates a web service client based on Axis, and an RPG wrapper.
This RPG wrapper provides the classical C structure for the RPG variable types Date, Time and Timestamp :
D xsd_tm DS align qualified
template
D sec 10i 0
D* seconds after the minute (0-61)
D min 10i 0
D* minutes after the hour (0-59)
D hour 10i 0
D* hours since midnight (0-23)
D mday 10i 0
D* day of the month (1-31)
D mon 10i 0
D* months since January (0-11)
D year 10i 0
D* years since 1900
D wday 10i 0
D* days since Sunday (0-6)
D yday 10i 0
D* days since January 1 (0-365)
D isdst 10i 0
D* Daylight Saving Time flag

Please, add some procedures to convert this structure from and to RPG types.

Use Case:

All generated web services client with datetime value

IBM will not implement this request because solutions already exist in viable work-arounds. For example, in the CEE APIs or the C++ APIs that are all callable directly from RPG, using the structure provided in the stub.

The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM not implement this request because solutions already exist in viable work-arounds. For example, in the CEE APIs or the C++ APIs that are all callable directly from RPG, using the structure provided in the stub.

Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
