add support for AIX and IBM i in yarnpkg

Yarn is a package manager for Javascript projects ( It is used in many open and closed source projects for dependency management. As for now yarn doesn't support big endian architectures, such as AIX and IBM i. It means, that a user must "compile" javascript code on a Linux box and move it then to a big-endian architecture. Adding support for big-endian architectures in yarn will enable to omit the step and compile the code directly on AIX or IBM i.

Status updated from "under assessment" to "future consideration". Investigation work complete. More work to be done to enable for AIX. This work is currently in the backlog but marked for future consideration.
