implement an ON/OFF function to force syncvg after takeover after a node failure occurs.

Implement an ON/OFF function to force syncvg after takeover after a node failure occurs.

When a node failure occurs on the service machine and the shared disk created by AIX LVM mirror is taken over to the standby machine, syncvg is forced using the current PowerHA function.
Although syncvg is certainly a necessary feature, it can cause throughput to drop in systems that want to restart services and process transactions as quickly as possible.
Depending on the system, there is a desire to set aside maintenance work time separately or to recover the LVM mirror when the load has decreased, so the user want to execute syncvg at a convenient time and change LVM from STALE to synced.
I would like to see a feature that allows you to select ON/OFF of the syncvg function immediately after TKO in order to recover the mirror.
