Oracle not started if shared memory segments occupied by oracle are not cleared before starting

Description : When the Oracle Resource Group which was created using SmartAssist for Oracle comes up ONLINE it does not clear the shared memory segments occupied by Oracle. This causes Oracle not to start at times.

Similar functionality is already available in SmartAssist for SAP.

    The code to clean up Shared memory segments have been added.
    The following conditions will be checked for this.
    1) Clean start of services.
    2) On a app start failure and we have to restart the Application.
