PowerHA Resourse Group (RG) Management during Network Outage

Currently we're using PowerHA v7.1.3

PowerHA RG will failover to secondary node during the network outage that impacted to application operation (remount filesystem and startup application by PowerHA start script).

We would like to have network interface fail sensitivity tuning in PowerHA like we have it in "Cluster heartbeat settings" to delay the node failover.
Or it have detection both PowerHA nodes network unstable and choose to remain at current node.

The reason we need this is to let the RG intact at primary node during the network outage instead move the RG to secondary node whereby interrupted the application operation.

You could propose other better way as long the solution provided meet our requirement.

    AIX 714 and 720, PowerHA 720 onwards a tunable is supported to change the network interface failure detection time. It can be set from 20 seconds to 600 seconds
