Into some smitty meny, pressing Enter without making any change, the cluster doesn't advise that a sync is required

Pressing ENTER into the RG configuration menu without change any field, cluster modify anyway some info into the ACD, but it's doesn't inform the client that a synchronization is required.

Client expected to receive the same information message that he receives if he accidentally pressed ENTER into the Problem Determination Tools -> PowerHA SystemMirror Log Viewing and Management -> Change cluster Log Directory menu also when this happen into the Change/Show RG configuration.

Here the information message that client expects:
