Enhancing PowerHA cl_svc_info script and logic

This RFE is intended to help to solve an issue with clusterware software PowerHA 7.1.3.6 we face (but will hit 7.2 sure), namely "cl_svc_info" script (and maybe several others, older scripts) as that usually work based on checking svc/storage boxes exact IP addresses vs. storage box names etc., as well as various other checks etc.

We would appreciate to change that currently implemented clusterware scripts logic (or possibility to bring a workaround or fix by IBM) as those checks make no sense for us (in mean, for client, as client rely on datecenter storage replications functionality) in clustered environments. If any checks, then better would be check for example storage IDs itself (e.g.). The reason is that we are working in NATed environment and storage box IP published to all powerha clients is not necessary the same that is IP own to that particular storage box (with that name). We are talking here about V7K boxes.

IBM support says that we are currently not supported and is therefore invalid configurantion (see PMR 01498,999,693), however there is no restriction mentioned with regards of NAT at requirements for implementing Limitations and restrictions for PowerHA SystemMirror Enterprise Edition Metro Mirror for SVC, see: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSPHQG_7.1.0/com.ibm.powerha.pprc/ha_pprc_svc_limit.htm .
