Leverage the benefits of 'Live Application Mobility' for PowerHA WPAR-enabled Resource Groups

I imagine it would be a very cool enhancement for PowerHA if you would add the ability to relocate 'WPAR-enabled resource groups' without having to stop and restart the application inside the WPAR. Just as 'Live application mobility' allows planned migration of workloads running in WPARs from one system to another without interrupting the application, it would be desirable for 'clmgr move resource_group' to do the same magic thing for 'WPAR-enabled resource groups'.

    Active WPARs must be currently stopped before "AIX 7.2 Live Update" operations. Such a Cluster functionality might be a good alternative for WPAR-based systems to avoid downtime associated with patching the AIX operating system ...
